The ABR designation is awarded by the Real Estate
Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) to real estate practitioners
who have met the specified educational and practical experience
criteria. A REALTOR® with the ABR
designation is fully committed to the real estate buyer.

Certified Residential Specialist
The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded
by the Residential Council and recognizes professional accomplishments
in both experience and education. The complexity of residential
real estate is on the rise with new technologies, consumer
expectations and legal requirements. Achievement of this
designation indicates to you, my client, that I am committed
to excellence in real estate and will provide you with the
most advanced techniques available to help you achieve your
goals.
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute
The National Association of REALTORS® and
the Arizona Association of REALTORS® award the
GRI designation to licensed REALTORS®
who complete 96 hours of specialized education in real estate.
Classes include financing, agency law, contract law, and
ethics. The classes are constructed so as to provide advanced
knowledge in real estate matters as well as optimum representation
of clients. The designation indicates that I am committed
to being acquainted with the most advanced techniques in
all aspects of real estate.
