don't sell real estate. I represent buyers and sellers.
If you want to buy property, I will help you determine the
best type of property and help you find it. I will gather
the information you need to make the best decision. I will
negotiate the purchase contract for the best price and terms
and guide the transaction through the escrow process to
settlement.
If
you want to sell property, I will counsel you about preparing
it for the market and help you decide on the best price.
I will market your property so that it gets the greatest
amount of exposure. I will negotiate the purchase contract
for the best price and terms and guide the transaction through
the escrow process to settlement.
I
will do these and other things to represent your
best interests. You are my client. I represent
you. But, I don't sell anything! You will sell
your property. Or, you will buy property.
In
addition, if you are selling property, I will not represent
a buyer in the transaction. I don't believe that a REALTOR®
can effectively represent both a buyer and a seller in the
same transaction. This is called dual agency. If I find a
buyer for your property, I will refer the buyer to another
REALTOR® for representation. This will protect
you, the seller, from any liability you may have from a perceived
conflict of interest. If you are a buyer, and I represent
a seller of property that you want to purchase, I will refer
you to another REALTOR®. I hold this philosophy
because I believe it is in the best interests of my clients.
The best interests of my clients is always my primary concern.
